RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days starting from
the day your order was delivered.
Returned items must comply with the following conditions:
- Items
must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original
packaging with all tags attached.
- Final
sale items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or
defective.
- Opened
Mystery Boxes cannot be returned. Once unsealed, the item is
considered revealed and final sale.
- Products
must be returned with all original boxes, inserts, accessories, dust
bags, and protective materials.
- If an
item includes a CHIBIZEN security tag, it must be returned with the
tag attached.
- Made-to-order
items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be
accepted.
Return Shipping
If you are returning an item, you are responsible for the
cost of return shipping unless:
- The
item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns sent from a different country than the original
delivery address must be shipped at the customer’s expense.
Condition of Returned Items
Please take care when opening and handling products.
Returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were
delivered. Items returned with missing packaging, missing accessories, or signs
of wear may be rejected.
Return Abuse
To maintain a fair shopping environment, CHIBIZEN monitors
return behavior. We reserve the right to restrict or close accounts that
repeatedly violate or abuse this Returns & Refunds Policy.

How to Cancel Your Order
- Email support@chibizen.com with your order number.
- Specify the item(s) you wish to cancel and your reason for cancellation.
- We will review your request and email confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.
If you cancel your order before it has been prepared for
shipment, your order will not be sent out and you will receive a full
refund, including shipping costs.
If you cancel your order after it has been prepared for
shipment, we may not be able to stop the package. In this case, your order
may still be eligible for return under this policy. Once the returned products
have been received and accepted, you will receive a full refund, where
applicable, including shipping costs.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days,
depending on your payment provider.
Made-to-Order and Customized Items
Made-to-order and customized items may only be cancelled
within 48 hours of placing your order. To cancel, email support@chibizen.com
with your order number.
After 48 hours, the order cannot be cancelled. Due to the
nature of made-to-order items, manufacturing lead times may vary, as your item
is created specifically for you. Please refer to the applicable product page
for additional details.
Limited-Edition and Collectible Items
Due to the limited nature of our releases — including Mystery
Boxes, 1st Edition items, and other collectible drops — cancellations may
not be available once an order has been confirmed or allocated. Please review
product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Cancelling an Order (CCR / EU Customers Only)
If you are located in the EU or UK and covered by the
Consumer Contracts Regulation (CCR), you may cancel your order within 14
days of delivery.
- If the
order has not been prepared for shipment, you will receive a full
refund including shipping.
- If the
order has been prepared for shipment, you must return the item(s)
to receive a refund.
- You
are responsible for return shipping costs when cancelling under CCR
laws.

How to Return
CHIBIZEN uses a paper-free system. All return instructions are provided digitally.
1. Email support@chibizen.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. If eligible, we will issue a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service.
4. Retain your tracking number until your return is confirmed.
Returns must be sent from the same country to which the order was originally delivered.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up
to 6 business days for processing.
If accepted, your refund will be issued to the original
payment method. Refund timing depends on your payment provider but
typically appears within 5–10 business days.
Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
