DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders placed on CHIBIZEN are shipped Monday through
Saturday. Delivery costs vary depending on your location and the shipping
method selected at checkout. Available delivery options for your destination
will appear during checkout.
Delivery to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), and Fleet Post
Office (FPO) addresses is currently unavailable.
Signature Requirements
All CHIBIZEN orders are shipped with Direct Signature
Required (DSR). This means the package must be signed for upon delivery. We
kindly ask that you monitor your tracking information and ensure someone is
available to receive your order.
If no one is available to sign, the carrier may attempt
another delivery or redirect the package to a designated collection point. If
the parcel is not collected within the carrier’s timeframe, it may be returned
to us.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates based on when your order is
dispatched and should be used as a general guide. CHIBIZEN cannot take
responsibility for customs delays or failed payments, but we will always work
to minimize potential delays.
Estimated delivery windows:
• United States: Typically delivered within 3–7
business days.
• International: Typically delivered within 5–12
business days, depending on destination.
• Expedited options: If available for your region,
expedited shipping will automatically appear at checkout.
Depending on your location, orders may be delivered by
carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL.
DUTIES & TAXES
Duties & Taxes at Checkout
For certain destinations, duties and taxes may be calculated
and displayed at checkout. When this option is available and selected, the
amount shown is the final cost — no additional fees will be charged upon
delivery.
If duties and taxes are not collected at checkout,
your order will ship under Delivery At Place (DAP) terms. This means
your local customs authority may require payment of duties, taxes, or import
fees before releasing your package.
International Orders (DAP)
If your order is shipped under DAP terms, you may be
required to pay customs charges directly to the carrier or local customs
office. CHIBIZEN is unable to estimate these fees, as they vary by country. For
accurate information, please contact your local customs authority prior to
placing an order.
If a package is seized, returned, or abandoned by customs or
a carrier due to the reasons below, CHIBIZEN may not be able to retrieve or
refund the order:
• Failure to provide required customs documents upon
request.
• Refusal to pay applicable customs duties or taxes.
• Unreachable customer after multiple delivery
attempts.
Domestic Taxes
Orders shipped within your own region may be subject to VAT
or local sales tax. For customers in the United States, Canada, and the
United Kingdom, domestic taxes are calculated and displayed during
checkout.
