1) What types of products does CHIBIZEN offer?

CHIBIZEN offers premium collectible products inspired by the ChibiZen universe, including plush collectibles, accessories, apparel, and limited-edition releases. Product availability may vary by drop and season.

2) Are CHIBIZEN products toys?

No. CHIBIZEN products are collectible display items intended for ages 15+. They are not designed or marketed as toys and may contain small parts. Please review product details and safety information before purchasing.

3) Are CHIBIZEN products tested for safety?

Yes. Where applicable, CHIBIZEN plush collectibles are tested to meet relevant safety standards, including ASTM F963 (U.S.) and/or EN71 (EU). Products are intended for ages 15+ and for display and responsible handling.

4) Do you ship internationally?

Yes, CHIBIZEN ships internationally to most regions. Certain destinations may be restricted. Shipping options, delivery estimates, and applicable duties or taxes will be shown at checkout. For full details, please review our Shipping Policy.

5) How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary by location and shipping method:

  • United States: Typically 3–7 business days
  • International: Typically 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays. Tracking details are provided once your order ships.

6) Will I need to pay duties or taxes?

Depending on your destination, duties and taxes may be displayed and collected at checkout. If duties or taxes are not collected at checkout, your order may ship under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms and your local customs authority may require payment before delivery. 7) Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to request a change or cancellation, email support@chibizen.com

as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been prepared for shipment.

8) What is your return policy?

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to eligibility requirements. Some items may be final sale, including opened Mystery Boxes and certain limited-edition collectibles. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details before purchasing.

9) What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

10) How do I start a return?

with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, we will issue a return authorization and instructions. Please use a trackable shipping service and keep your tracking number until your return is confirmed. Refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full requirements.

11) When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 6 business days for processing. If accepted, refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

12) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment availability may vary by region.

13) What is PSD2 / 3D Secure, and why is my bank asking for verification?

PSD2 is a European regulation designed to make online payments more secure. If you’re using a card issued in the EU or UK, your bank may require a 3D Secure verification step (such as an SMS code, email verification, or app approval) before your payment is confirmed. Not at this time. Gift cards may be offered in the future.

16) Are you open to partnerships or collaborations?

Yes. CHIBIZEN selectively collaborates with creators, brands, retailers, and community partners whose values and audience align with the ChibiZen universe. Partnerships are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

18) Do you work with creators or influencers?

CHIBIZEN may work with creators through limited collaborations, promotional campaigns, or community programs. Participation is by invitation or approval only and may require additional terms.

19) Do you offer wholesale or retail partnerships?

Wholesale, retail, and distribution partnerships may be considered for select regions and releases. Availability is limited and not guaranteed.

20) Are partnerships guaranteed once contacted?
